Confidentiality

All information shared by you is kept confidential with the exception when the information is subpoenaed by Court or authorities and when we make an assessment that you pose a risk to yourself or others.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel or postpone your appointment, kindly notify us via
WhatsApp: +65 9388 3638 OR Email: jenny@psychestory.sg at least 24 hours in advance.

A $50 cancellation fee will be applied for no-show, cancellation, or postponement on your booking time slot, if there is no notification at least 24 hours in advance.

This cancellation fee must be paid before your next counselling session.

Counselling Appointment

Session start time will be based on your booked time slot. If you are more than 20 minutes late, it will be considered to be a non-refundable and no-show session.

The counsellor is not required under any circumstances to extend the session beyond the scheduled end time. The session will end as per the arranged duration timing.
